Our rates vary all year, so use the Check Availability link on the navigation bar. There is an additional charge for extra person occupancy in studios and 1-BRs when one of our daybeds is used. We offer discounts for extended stays (of one week or more) and for "last minute" bookings. In addition, we must collect state hotel taxes totaling 11.9 percent. An advance deposit is required at time of booking; this varies based on time of year, level of demand, and days in advance of arrival. Additional cancellation charges may apply (see below).
We collect full payment at check-in. We accept cash, traveler’s checks and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
Reservation in advance is required and is held with a credit card deposit. You may use the on-line booking engine linked through the Check Availability screen or contact us directly (see below). We will send a written confirmation ahead of your stay detailing arrival/departure dates and calculations of room charges.

Our cancellation fee is $25.00. In addition, cancellation without at least one weeks advance notice will result in a charge of one night's rate, plus tax. (Sorry, no exceptions). Room charges are not refundable after payment at check-in (no refunds for early check-outs).
Check-in is by appointment. Please call or email us about a week ahead of your stay to confirm an approximate time of arrival.
Check-out is 11:00 A.M. We may be able to hold luggage until a later departure time, but please check with us in advance.
